Depending on which studies you do, it is possible to register for the resit up to either 5 or 10 days before the resit. Through your program you will be informed which of these deadlines applies for your resit.
Students can enroll 30 days before the day of the resit.

1. Open Study plan
In your personal Study plan, it is possible to enroll for courses and the associated study activities such as exams and resits.
Log in into the student portal.
Click on MyStudymap. You will then see the following screen.
Then click on Study plan [year] to open your personal Study Plan for the chosen study.
2. Adding a resit to your Study plan
With this step, the enrollment for the courses/activities is not yet complete. Step 3 of this article explains how to complete your enrollment.
In your personal Study plan you will see an overview of all the courses you have not yet completed.
- Select the course for which you want to enroll for the resit.
- Choose ACTIVITIES and select the resit. You will find it under the heading Exam / [course] TEN.
- Press Save. You will see a notification in the bottom right of the screen that your changes have been saved.
Only change the selection of the resit in your Study plan. If you deselect any other activities of the course, you will be unenrolled for these when you send in your new Study plan in step 3.
You can also enroll in courses and exams via the study guide. See this article on how to do this.
It is not always possible to enroll in the resit immediately at the start of the enrollment period. In that case you can do this on a later moment.
3. Sending the enrollment
After you have added the desired study activity, do not forget to send the enrollment.
- Click on the READY TO SUBMIT tab.
- Here you will see an overview of all the courses and activities you are taking. Check whether the resit is included.
- Click on the blue Send button to send your enrollment.
It may take some time for the enrollment to complete. Check the status of your enrollment to see how far your enrollment has progressed.
After enrolling for the exam, it is no longer necessary to confirm your exam participation. Your participation is automatically confirmed. If you decide not to participate in the exam anymore, you need to unenroll. For more information, see unenrolling via the confirmation page.
