This article will explain how you can check the status of your enrollment.
1. Opening your Study Plan
In order to check the status of your enrollment, you will first need to open your Study planning. The Study planning can be found by logging in to the student portal. Once you have logged in, you will be shown a screen similar to the following one:
You can now select your Study planning.
2. Checking the status of your enrollment
Now that you have opened your personal Study planning, you will be able to check the status of your enrollment. In order to do so, you will have to click ENROLLMENT STATUS. This page will show an overview of the courses you have registered for and whether your enrollment has been processed. If your enrollment has been processed, this screen also shows whether your enrollment was successful.
The enrolments on this page are only the enrolments that you have done yourself. Enrolments done by the educational administration, etc., are therefore not visible on this page. To see all final enrolments, you need to navigate to the designated page through the main or popup menu.
The number of available places that is shown with the course may not be up to date. Due to the new enrollment process, we recommend that you always check the status of your enrollment. Here you can see whether the enrollment has actually been processed.
In case you have enrolled for your exam, but you have not yet confirmed your participation, an orange warning will be shown. You will need to confirm your participation if you want to take the exam.
In case you have enrolled for your exam, but you have declined participation, an orange warning will be shown until the confirmation deadline, displaying that you have chosen not to participate in this exam.
In case you have enrolled for your exam and also confirmed participation, a green message will be shown displaying that your enrolment has been successful and final.
