How do I log in to ANS?

1. Go to https://ans.app/users/sign_in

2. Click log in with your school account.

3. Choose Leiden University. Type the name in the searchbar above to quicken your search. 

4. Log in with your UCLN-account.

5. Click on log in

6. You are now successfully logged in. 

How do I log out of ANS?
  1. Click on the user icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click on log out.
  3. You can now close the browser.

What should I do if I forget my password?

During the exam

Did you forget your password during the exam? Tell the invigilator that you have forgotten your password. The university staff will create a temporary new password for you. The new password is linked to your student account. You can then log in with your ULCN email address and the temporary password.

Before or after the exam

Contact the Helpdesk.

Help! Ans is not responding. What should I do?

Do not reload or close the page! Alert the supervisor.
